Towels & Linens: please collect all used towels and place them on the bathroom floor. Linens should be kept on beds for inventory purposes.
Trash: please collect all trash and place it in the large container outside.
Fridge: clean out all food and beverages from your stay
Dishwasher: please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle
Locking Up: please lock all external doors and windows.

We love our furry friends, but please leave them at home. A fee will be incurred, and guests will be asked to leave if a pet visits the property.

The city of Austin's quiet hours are 10:30p until 7a. During regular hours we still ask that you be considerate of your neighbors

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Decorative items are there for you to enjoy and add to the experience. Please do not remove any items from the home. Inventory is taken after every guest and you will be responsible for any items that go missing.
HOUSE GUIDE

If you are leaving for extended periods of time during your stay, we ask that you help the thermostat not be overworked.
Please increase/decrease temperatures appropriately. -
TV: We have a couple smart TVs throughout the home with the same apps. Please log in using your credentials to enjoy streaming services. Be sure to log out before leaving.
ALEXA: Echo devices with Alexa are available in common areas. She can deliver news, weather, play music, etc. -
Main House: a queen-size sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Sheets, pillows, and blankets can be found in a storage compartment in the chaise.
Casita: sofa in the living space folds out to a queen-size mattress. Extra pillows and linens can be found in the chest of drawers. -
Grill: a propane tank is provided. Guests may need to refill at their expense. Grilling tools are located in the main house kitchen.
Fire Pit: a propane tank is provided (located on the backside of the casita under the black box tank cover). Guests may need to refill at their expense.
Please be sure to keep the cover on the firepit when not in use. The firepit CANNOT get wet.Instructions to start the fire pit are located on a hangtag next to the fire pit starter button.

These are programmed to come on automatically at dusk and turn off at 10p. If you’d like to operate these outside of regular hours, ask Alexa to turn on/off the string lights. You can also ask her to dim them between 0-100%.
Example: Alexa, dim the string lights to 50%! -
This property is over 80 years old, which means there are a few cracks and gaps that allow for creepy crawlers to make their way inside.
Please be aware you may encounter various bugs, spiders, cockroaches, etc. While pest control services are utilized regularly, this does not guarantee the eradication of these critters. -
